And on election night, it will be Cruz’ face, but no vote percentage on the screen. Then they can get back to panels of experts trashing Trump and talking about Democrat presidential contenders.

I am reminded of the 2014 election. In Kentucky, a week before the election, FNC (and I'm sure other outlets as well) was reporting that it is a tight race for McConnell, within the margin of error, blah, blah, blah. Then, about 5-10 minutes after 8 PM, when the polls closed, FNC not only called it for McConnell, but McConnell won reelection going away - double digit win if I recall correctly.

The media knows the real score and puts out BS to get the viewers riled up and/or to stay up for the election night coverage.

The MEDIA - the true enemy of the citizens.

And yet, using that fact, that is exactly how they are fudging their numbers here.

They are a completely RED state.

WV Senate:

22 Republicans
12 Democrats

WV House:

64 Republicans
35 Democrats
1 Independent

And a GOP Governor.

This is a GARBAGE Poll

Not so sure its garbage!

I live in WV now.

Ok I can’t stand Manchin, but I think he will squeak by!
The state particularly the miners should be running Manchin out of state on a rail. They won’t!

Why?

Morrissey is mediocre candidate.
Manchin knows the state, the state knows Manchin for good & bad. Morrissey did win two state-wide elections, that’s a mark in his favor. So he’s not a complete unknown.

The problem:

1. Morrissey was born in New Jersey, & tired to have a political career in Maryland. He didn’t get very far. He came to WV and was more successful. Manchin will play the “carpet bagger” card. (Don’t bring up Rockefeller different political era & his money insulated him - Not fair, neither is life! And yes Byrd was born in North Carolina - so different an era it might as well be on another planet!) Some people view him as a professional politician who moved here to continue the profession. (Note Trump has made the “pro politician questionable”! - and rightly so!)

2. Morrissey had a career as a pharmaceutical lobbyist. His wife currently is one. Pharmaceutical companies aren’t popular in WV. Many blame them rightly or wrongly for the opioid epidemic. Morrissey sued them successfully (Mark in his political favor!) However many felt the result was too lenient! (Mark against him!).

3. Up until recently Morrissey maintained a house in NoVa, wife stayed there part of the time because she kept her lobbying job. Official reason was - they didn’t want to move an elderly parent. (Has since died!) People ask how committed is he to the state (Yes its unfair!)

Manchin is playing these cards to stay in DC. It will probably work. I hope not! I say he survives barely!

——Why?-—

No body owes Morrissey political debts for him to call in the markers

Yes and the lie(s) will continue.

Rush just playing bit of PDT speech where he specifies the FAKE news is the ‘enemy of the people’ yet, the CNN types can gloriously omit the word FAKE when referring and accusing PDT of calling MSM ‘enemy of the people’.

Also on RL he mentioned the fact that the ‘new’ (& improved for better hate) twist on the invading army(s) is they are farmers escaping ‘Global Warming’...(love to see PDT tweet on that)

Now if one were to believe that the Chicken Little Global Warmists are saying we should have ‘sympathy’ because the Central Americans are escaping Global Warming, are we to assume that WE are not under Global Warming
OR
When they get here and realize that the MSM believes WE are under Global Warming, will they just move along to Canada?

Where we and Mexico may ‘differ’—

if the ‘marchers’ request buses to take them to the Canadian border, WE will give them Trains, Plains, Buses, Uber, Lyft, POVs etc etc etc with armed escorts-— just to ensure them a safe journey - Seeing as how the present Canadian ‘leadership’ is surely damning US & the Trump Administration for our actions against the horde(s)

It will be a lot cheaper(overall) for US to pay for the transport north OR even south....

Beto is done. Abbott is up 20 points, GOP voters aren’t going to split their ticket and vote for Beto.

I believe these polls aren't accurate for the most part. I think they are skewed towards the dems to try and suppress republican voters.

I heard awhile ago the Missouri Sec. of state office predicting 55% turnout. The biggest since 1994!

That was when the Republicans kicked the democrats out of congress for the first time since the 1940's.
