No more buying their butter. Plenty of other brands on the shelf. Yep! You beat me to it.
I guess I’ll stop buying Land O Lakes.
The problem is right there in the address: Somalandichu minn
How totally stupid of Land ‘O Lakes management, to alienate what is likely a huge amount of their customers. I never used their products, but if I did, I’d stop after this. I hope they suffer a gigantic downturn in their profits, the price of stupidity.
“What did King do that was so egregious?”

did you read the op? It explains it very well.
Most not have kissed LBGQTWTF butt.
There goes HALF your customers, dumbasses!

Exactly! By the way, I switched to Kerrygold Irish Butter about 2 years ago. It is about twice the price of Land-O-Lakes, but the flavor is fantastic. Well worth the price.
I guess I wont be buying their butter anymore.
Land o Lakes should maybe consult their growers’ cooperative members before they make political decisions, or they might find their growers’ cooperative forming their own and leaving LoL high and dry:
In California, Land OLakes will acquire Ceres for a price of $17.2 million, or $0.40 per share. Land OLakes is the largest US growers co-operative.
The price per share of common stock represents an 81% premium to the closing price of Ceres shares of common stock on June 16, 2016.
Upon completion of the transaction, Ceres will become a wholly owned subsidiary of Land OLakes and will complement Forage Genetics International, a Land OLakes subsidiary, and bring new advanced plant breeding and biotechnology to FGIs research and development pipeline.

Goodbye!... ..they are to expensive anyway.
Land O Lakes is probably minor league. If you want to see the teflon, corporate leftist monoculture bubble in the extreme, look at consumer companies like General Mills and Nike.
I never buy Land O’ Lakes products.
And now I never will.
We call it butter.
In the old days, we used to haul milk to a L-o’-L plant nearby,, never knew it had much to do with politics back then .. I don’t use any of their products regardless and now, why would I?
It’s too bad companies feeel it necessary to pick sides especially when so much is at stake.. and then pick the wrong side to boot. That ain’t no way to butter voters’ buns up.
