easier for you to read than me to explain - Rampaging Mob did millions of dollars damage to the marble of the Capital bldg. Death threats to every Republican legislator including Governor Walker. Teacher Union bosses basically set property tax rates in the state. Democrat legislators fled the state to avoid voting on the measure. All the Democrat tactics seen today were pioneered here first over Act 10.
Act 10 did away with Teacher Union boss’ power and forced to teachers to actually copay (a pittance were it was zero before) for their Cadillac health care plans. School districts lowered the property taxes and saved millions while actually raising teacher’s salaries in some districts ($40K to start).
Hopefully the Feds will hand down serious time like Life and not just let him go like Madison, Wisconsin (his home town) judges who are all leftist of one stripe or another, in Dane county where Republicans are very scarce - hence: Madtown.
