Rep. Mo Brooks (R-AL) is urging Congress to build President Trumps proposed border wall, saying that a 7,000-strong migrant caravan is hell-bent on assaulting our national sovereignty. Brooks has cosponsored House Majority Leader Kevin McCarthys Build the Wall, Enforce the Law Act of 2018 which fully funds a border wall on the U.S.-Mexico border and Rep. Bradley Byrnes (R-AL) 50 Votes for the Wall Act, which Brooks says neuters open borders Democrat Senator obstructionism by allowing a majority vote to pass legislation.
The populist-nationalist lawmaker says a border wall along the southern border is now more than ever necessary as a migrant caravan of Central American job-seekers and previously deported illegal aliens head to the U.S. through Mexico.
Brooks said in a statement:
Let me be very candid, illegal aliens are a plague on America. Illegal aliens take American jobs and suppress American wages. [Emphasis added]
Too often, illegal aliens live off welfare and taxes paid by American families and commit crimes that hurt or kill Americans. Far too often, illegal aliens vote in American elections, each time canceling the lawful vote of an American citizen. Each illegal alien vote is a direct threat to our Republics democratic process. [Emphasis added]
With a caravan of thousands brazenly hell-bent on illegally crossing our border and assaulting our national sovereignty, now more than ever is the time to secure our border. Congress must act. Failing that, President Trump must fulfill his commander-in-chief duties and employ Americas military to protect American lives, Americas sovereignty, and Americas southern border. [Emphasis added]

His response would be predictable and fun to see on youtube.
Maybe we should look at the mob heading for America as free labor to build the wall.
Too bad the cowardly RINOs didn’t say “go” with the Wall early last year.
Now there will be wet cement leading up to the Wall construction sites and lots of names written all over the cement such as “Pedro was here” “Where’s my welfare cash, gringo?” “Screw Americans” and “Serena loves Evanita” (just to give the LGBTQ publicity and sound fair. Aren’t I nice?).
The time was 30 years ago when we were first promised border security in exchange for that “one-time, never to be repeated” amnesty.
When the first Senate primary for Jeff Sessions seat was held, I voted for Mo. However, he came in third and Roy Moore was first followed closely by Big Luther Strange.
There was no way I could vote for Strange given how corrupt his appointment was.
In the second primary, I vote for Moore.
In the special election I voted for Moore, but about half of my fellow Alabamian Republicans stayed home that day. We got a Leftwing activist posing as a Southern good-ole-boy democrat.
Still wish Mo was our Senator!!
And THIS (Build the Wall) is why the GOP establishment spent millions to prevent Mo Brooks from being the US Senator from Alabama - and ended up with a DemocRAT Senator instead.
You know, I think youre on to something there. Why waste our time and money stopping the caravan? Why protect our borders? Its way too expensive. Just funnel them all to San Francisco. Theres no risk theyd want to leave, with all the free health care and other free stuff, why would they? Theyd even get to vote themselves more free stuff, right away, no racist vote-suppressing ID or proof of citizenship needed.
I vote for Mo Brooks in the first primary as well. But it was not to be. Mo was overshadowed by slick Luther and holier-than-thou Mr. 10 Commandments Roy Moore.
Too far, too much trouble. Better to just funnel them to a Grand Canyon cliff, like lemmings. Fed agents from behind stampeding them forward to the cliff where they fall. Then the bodies can float back to Mexico on the Colorado River, with fed agents in boats pushing them along.
Ditto on all points.
