Don't worry, be happy, about a caravan of 14,000 people marching toward our southern border. Nothing to fret about.
That was Joe Scarborough's line on today's Morning Joe. Trying to shrug off the threat, Scarborough sniffed that the caravan "doesn't really affect" the people concerned about it, and then claimed:
"That April caravan, where Trump and Fox News said thousands and thousands of people were invading. It ended up like 11 people and a hound dog."

I kind of question the actual size of this caravan. You read one story and it’s 4,000, another is 6,000, another 10,000, and this one is saying 14,000.
While it’s altogether too many at any size, there’s a pretty wide margin of error going on here.
Send Mika to those eleven people and their dog today, Joe. Muy pronto. Make sure she has lots of folding money. Report back.

Agreed, but I’d say understandable, given that you are counting a moving group of people, with some joining in and others dropping out, and considering the logistics in a Third World country, and also taking into account that depending on their politics, people have an interest in exaggerating or understating the size of the group.
It doesn’t matter what size this ‘caravan’ is. This is just the focus of distraction while we are still intercepting 1000 illegals a day, with that number growing. Its great that the ‘caravan’ is drawing this attention as it motivates voters for the election. But what difference does it may if the ‘caravan’ is 14000 when, between now and when it arrives in 3 or 4 months, over 100,000 other invaders will have crossed the border and joined ‘catch and release’?

The truth is hundreds were let in and released into the USA.
So for 11 people and a hound dog the left went on and on about separation of families, concentration camps for babies?

Not to mention at any given time some are walking and some are in buses and other transportation. They are also strung out in groups, some of those early groups have already been arriving here for the last few weeks up to 2 months that I know about. Groups of around or plus 100 from Central America have been being gathered up all along the border.
