The state has been blocked from using the new voter registration forms and affidavit set out in the controversial 2017 law known as Senate Bill 3 in the upcoming election, calling it burdensome, confusing and likely to create long lines at voting places.
Superior Court Judge Kenneth Brown on Monday issued a preliminary injunction enjoining the state from moving forward with the provisions of the law, which was challenged shortly after it was signed last year by Gov. Chris Sununu. The ruling was in favor of the plaintiffs, the League of Women Voters, the New Hampshire Democratic Party and several voters. The court said they are likely to succeed on the merits of a full trial, which is expected to be held next year.

Porco miserio! Disgraziato!
Live free or die, my arse! Shameful.
Wait and rule right before the election so no appeal is possible. This is a criminal manipulation of the courts, except the court is in on it.

You always get a ton of this before Elections
So much for “Live Free or Die”. New Hampshire, yet another Lib S**T HOLE!
Do I have it right?
A Superior Court Judge refused a law because what amounts to “I don’t like it” reason?
The Judge shoukd be removed.
Mustn’t check if a voter without ID is who he/she/it says he/she/it is. That would discriminate against dead people.
Yep. That be the Judge.

Partisan Democrat Judge Gives Middle Finger To Citizen Voters!
Somebody needs to tell this pedojudge that voting isn’t supposed to be as easy as pissing on the sidewalk in San Francisco.
I wonder why the judge waited until just before the election to strike it down and I wonder where the DOI (Department of
Invisibility) is hiding?
Si! porca miseria!
Piss on him. It’s a co-equal arm or government. It’s time we start ignoring black robed assholes with opinions on what they think the law should be. Sorry but if I were a governor, I would say you ruled on it and now you enforce it!
> Si! porca miseria!
E’ una femmina?
Managgia!
