It’s 2,000 miles from the southern border to the northern border of Mexico. The caravan couldn’t make it without Mexican help.
Man that picture says it all. Its a unruly mob. An army of invaders. They are coming to take over the US.
The President has a duty, and the authority to protect and defend against all enemies. Foreign and domestic.
Right now, McAllen TX is dealing with over 600 of these invaders on a daily basis. And I mean like today.
Just looked it up. From Ciudad Hidalgo (where they are) to Brownsville, TX would be 1202 miles (shortest route). With 18 days before the election, that still means 66 2/3 miles/day. No way they are doing that if they are walking.
They are still blocked on the bridge.... right?
Concertina wire all along their points of entry. Then the Army and the Guard with shields no weapons standing at close order, backed by platoons with batons and firearms with rubber bullets. Further supported by tear gas projectors. These people will lead with children, pregnant women and women. Getting through concertina will be difficult and injuries can only be blamed on those who send them as the military is taking no action. A shield wall is also totally defensive. The batons, rubber bullets and tear gas are last resort and should be used only on the young male invaders.
And if the rubber bullets and teargas doesn’t work the crank up some repulsive audio of Hillary.

Not a chance in hell.
Trump will use the US military to establish a 1-2 mile buffer zone INSIDE Mexico to intercept this horde.
He has met all the International and US precepts and requirements. As has Mexico.
But there is no law IN THE WORLD that says we must take Economic Refugees. And the US would not have signed any such Treaty.
If these people get into Mexico, it will be a problem for Mexico and the UN to solve.
And we MUST build the wall.

Ask if I care because I don’t. They will put their kids and women in harms way to fight us but they will not do so to fight in their own country to get what they want there.
So I have zero empathy for any of them. They know this is illegal and they know they’re wrong to invade another country. So I just don’t care what happens to them.
I’m very much a hard liner about this caravan and any who try to get in with them. If they are given refugee status anywhere near our border, though in mexico, it’ll end up like Frances Callous and we’ll be fighting them off coming in i droves over and over.
Well, howdy neighbor. North Carolina is just right over the border from us, about 10 miles away. I am in East Tennessee.
Bummer, I understand the frustration of moving so far and still having the invasion. I am outside of small town that isn’t too bad. But when I go to one of the bigger cities, either Johnson City or Bristol. I’m still amazed and disgusted when I hear yammering in Spanish. It’s not nearly as bad as it was in Bakersfield, but even one or two is too many in my opinion. Because that means there will be thousands shortly. And they act exactly the same as they did in California, entitled, loud, refusing to learn English, and kids out of control all over the store.
If you don’t mind, where are you at? I think it is definitely worse in the cities. I hear it is really bad even in places in New Jersey from a friend there. They really are all over the place. I can’t wait for Trump to get to deport them.
My first choice to move was West Virginia. The trends and demographics is that only three states will be majority-white in 2050. I think it was West Virginia, Montana, and Idaho. Or maybe North Dakota was in there. I didn’t think I could handle that weather so I looked at West Virginia. It is beautiful there and very rural, but a little too rural for my taste! And I didn’t think that could happen. Plus they can’t be counted on to vote Republican there.

They have just proved they have no respect for the laws of any country they happen to be in....gives us a better set of options to deal with them....and Mexico if they are allowed to stay/continue....

That is certainly true. Most of the GOP is hiding behind the lines while our president is out on the battlefield. Not just on this issue, but on many issues.
On your other point, we may not elect kings but we do elect people who rule with a pen and a phone. LOL
But seriously, it doesn’t take a king’s decree to release a couple of documents that were produced under your own branch of government. Say what you will, but Trump has no excuse for not releasing the FISA docs that he promised to deliver.
Things like that don’t help his credibility, which he needs right now to deter the horde of people on their way to our borders. I’m a Trump supporter and would like to see him show some concrete signs of readying our forces to repel the invaders at our southern border. He is the Commander in Chief and oftentimes they have to go it alone on international matters, despite the lack of political support at home.
OK, I’ll ask the $64,000 question. Where are they all taking a dump?
Hi neighbor. :) I’m in Charlotte. Big disappointment in several ways, but one of the biggest is how many Mexicans and Central Americans are here. On the way to work every day I pass a barber shop. The sign is entirely in Spanish with zero English. Seems to me that means they don’t want English-speaking customers, which I find insulting.
It's why they can stir up chaos for their entertainment - they don't have to pay the consequences...
