This NIH contract was originally signed with UCSF for a one-year period starting on Dec. 6, 2013 with the government retaining the option to renew the contract for up to six additional one-year periods running through Dec. 5, 2020. The next renewal deadline is Dec. 5 of this year.
The contract--using federal tax dollars--creates a demand for organs taken from late-term aborted babies and its fulfillment is dependent on the continued legality of late-term abortions.

Making smart mice? that’s an option since it seems we are running out of smart people.
No wait. They said to “humanize mice” That would make them dumber and probably vote for the dems. It seems logical though as so many mice and rats live in the project houses. It would be a better blend with the current inhabitants.
On the other side they would be breeding even faster than they do now.

"$13,799,501..." Well, I guess I'll never again use the $200 toilet seat cover as an example of criminal government theft of taxpayers money...

The person or persons at the NIH who OK’ed this contract need to be used to make smarter mice, after they have been fired, and their families disgraced in public. Nazis Germany never did experiments this hideous.
