Two tickets to a sporting event vs. Treason by selling US Classified information and sending it via the internet. No charges?

The Elf is too busy packing up his office.
He will “retire” after the mid-terms.

"Two tickets to a sporting event vs. Treason by selling US Classified information and sending it via the internet. No charges?"

And it wasn't a one-time thing. The same person had accepted another ticket to a sporting event from the same reporter, and accepted a sporting event ticket from a different reporter...so 3 times that we know of. It was probably a regular thing with this person.
