Anyone too stupid to know you get stamps at post offices should not be allowed to vote.
Who needs a post office?
Grocery stores and convenience stores carry them. Students can probably buy them at the Student Union.
If they are that stupid, they shouldn’t vote.
Why would a young person need to buy a stamp? They've probably never used one. I don't think I've used a postage stamp in three years.
Might as well ask them if they know how to send a telegraph.
