You can typically purchase them at Grocery Store courtesy counters too. (At least in my fly over country neck of the woods.) But I doubt they would know that as well.
So the mail in ballots don’t come with gubment paid return postage, this is voter suppression!

When I was in college, I didn’t know about absentee voting. I drove 200 miles each way to vote (for Ronald Reagan)
My millennial kids have been getting absentee when they need and are all deciding who to vote for. (all are conservative so it’s an easy decision)

You google “where do I guy stamps” and you get an instant list of places where you can purchase stamps.

You can buy stamps at many retail outlets....

Every town has a Food Lion supermarket, where stamps can be bought... there’s no excuse.
Are stamps required? I just voted by absentee ballot in the state of Florida no postage was required.
Or and more likely a June poll posted in The Atlantic magazine found just 28% of young voters were “certain” to vote.
Making things worse for Democrats it also found 78% of older voters are certain to vote!
