How the Left would have rejoiced if the Islamic State plot had succeeded.

In November 1996, President Clinton visited Manila for the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation Forum. Protests raged in the streets, with American flags being burned, so local police closed down many roads, allowing the Secret Service to chart a specific route for the president’s motorcade. As the president and members of his cabinet traveled from their hotel to the first venue of the day, “There was intelligence that came in, and we at the last minute decided to change the motorcade route,” a former Secret Service agent recalls. “It was determined that al-Qaeda and Osama bin Laden had placed a bomb along the route in anticipation of the motorcade coming that way.”
Bin Laden had indeed placed a bomb under a bridge, and just before the president’s motorcade was due to cross it, the Secret Service re-routed the vehicle down a side road. President Clinton (codename: “Eagle”) was safe.

(If true . . .) I am not at all surprised that the Islamic State would want to target President Trump, any more than I would be surprised that they never targeted Barack Hussein.
I was hoping for a short, crisp four sentence elaboration of the headline. Instead I found myself swimming in this deep blue ocean of wordage. In short, I’ll return when I have more time to take in all the writing w/o complaining. I’ll be back!
I don’t understand the point of code names like ‘Eagle’ and ‘Mogul’ that are widely published and known by anyone.
So we know more about what DHO and ValJar have been up to hidden away in their Kalorama house.
The final solution for the left, if all else fails, always is assassination.(Think JFK) It is never out of play for them. With our current DOJ and Secret Service I tend to worry..We are only one book depository window from another attempted coup.

Those words are easier to hear on radio transmissions and are syllables shorter than President Trump. Nothing to do with secrets. Similar to police codes; 10-10 meaning I am in the area looking for the subject.
Rest assured there are measures in place, both deliberate and circumstantial, that would make life far worse than it is now for the deep state if they were ever to go through with it.
I still remember when this photo came out of everyone watching the hit on Osama bin Laden. It sooo looks like President Obama was photoshopped into it. Most everyone is seated. Including nameless flunkies. And President Obama has been shoved into a corner.
I can see giving up the big chair so Newman has plenty of space to make sure audio-visual commo is up and running. Hillary was going to make sure she had a cushion under her at the big-boy table. Biden couldn’t be bothered to give up his Veep chair for the Chief? No. Obama’s pushed into the corner while everyone else is seated for the Big Game.
Not buyin’ it. I bet he wasn’t there.
And when Hillary got her 3 a.m. Benghazi call, she either chewed the caller’s head off and went back to sleep or didn’t bother to pick up, I betcha.
Exactly! To my untutored (but artistic) eye, it definitely looks photo-shopped: body wrong size, head sits awkwardly.
