Bristol, like her mom, is a good public speaker. She has a flair for drama, she is capable of showing confidence, candor and humor in front of a camera, in front of an audience. She can read a teleprompter rather well, as seen in her public health spots promoting abstinence.

At very least, I see Bristol hosting a talk show of some type in the future, or maybe a cooking show.
At greater ambitions, I would not be surprised if Bristol one day runs for local office and wins. I DO see that for her. It’s almost like growing up in Show Business. She understands what being on camera requires.

I hope her older brother gets the help he needs before somebody gets hurt again. His parents have to be ready to allow him to be sent to jail if that’s what help is going to look like.

“She just moved away from AK.”

Dick Cheney had moved away from WY...and he moved back real fast when he got the call from Bush to be the Veep. If Cheney could do it for that office, than certainly Sarah can do it for a Senate seat.

The real question is “how do Alaskans view her?” If it is positive, then she’ll have all the money that she needs and then some.

Yes Murkowski will keep if she votes correctly.

If she doesn’t she’ll lose it all

Whatever complaints FReepers have about Gov. Palin, Sarah would be an infinite improvement upon Murkowski!

I am reminded of the scene in Babylon 5 where Ivanova orders: “Take ‘em down!” It fits perfectly...

(If only I could find that on You Tube...)

Both McConnell and Murky have been in the Senate too long. As for Sarah, she’s past her “sell by date” by a number of years.

Even if he primaries her and wins, the Alaska natives will save her again like last time when they were allowed to take papers with her name written on them into the voting booth under the guise of “spelling her name correctly”. Murkowsky is corrupt and heads a very corrupt political machine in Alaska. Would love to see her defeated by a true conservative, but doubt that will happen.

Harsh statement...but her prime time was 10 years ago and her family woes were/are just too public and out weigh her ability to fight another nasty campaign. Was an early supporter of her and SarahPac. Still have a framed autographed photo of her in my study.

Let her get on with her life, she served well, and is still capable of hitting the ten ring in social media.

“McConnell should just tell her she has no committee assignments and no caucus vote if she doesn’t toe the line. No input of any kind. Let her join the dems; we still have the Pence vote.”

Until the Senate Republicans have a bigger margin over the RATs, they have to tread carefully on Murky. It's why I'm mightily pissed off at the R's for blowing the golden opportunity handed them by Trump and the numbers this year. Twenty-Seven RATs up for re-election, and we're hopeful to “pick off” two to four? With Trump's margins of victory in their states, we should be looking at ten new Republican Senators. Instead, we're forced to confront Flake, Hatch, Quisling Corker, Heller, Wicker, Scruz and Barrasso just winning back their seats. And Martha McScuzzy trying to win over Kyrstin Enema. I guess at this juncture, we should thank Gov. Douchy for replacing Mc Lame with Kyl. With Trump's indefatigable campaigning, the Republicans should have had a strategy to have a filibuster proof Senate come November.

I would like to see her take Murk down, just unconvinced for now she can do it. The few Alaskans I run into don’t think Palin has anywhere near the popularity she once had there. She now has a huge PR problems with her kids. Something she didn’t have when they were minors and their role was to be cute. You can give good reasons for their past behavior but if you have to give out reasons no matter how good, you have already lost half the PR battle. And yes that type of PR issue doesn’t apply to Rats!

Also Murk represents a huge cash cow to the Alaskan “gimmedats”. I don’t know if Palin can sell herself as not threatening that or not. And yes I am shocked that Alaska has enough “gimmeidats” to be frozen version of Anacostia. I have said this before, Alaskans & former Alaskans have told me about the fact that a significant percentage of the population are “gimmedats” so I now believe it. (Murk’s write-in win demonstrated that!)

My point is Palin is not a slam dunk on this !

“Yep, time to take out Murkowski and anyone else who supports the whore Ford over Justice Kavanaugh”

Murkowski does not face the voters again until 2022 when she will be 65. Perhaps she does not plan to run again and therefore does not fear Sarah Palin or the voters disappointed in her vote against Kavanaugh.

Can you imagine a President Trump rally for Senator Sarah Palin?
Isn't a Coliseum big enough in Alaska.
