I am at a loss to understand why people think Republican support will collapse if those two weak women are convinced to vote against Kavanaugh. Seems that the anger would be doubled against The Dems.

Those two twit women I am sure got a talking to by McConnell and Trump. Even someone as totally morally bankrupt as Murkowski knows they vote against Kavanaugh and their life as a politician is over. Democrats were never going to vote for them, so a Yes vote would make the left angry but who cares. THEY WERE NEVER GOING TO VOTE FOR YOU! The Democrats are staring down a monumental collapse in their electoral chances. Their chances of taking back the Senate are about .001% now with them looking at losing 4-6 seats a real possibility. The House is no better with a better than 50% chance the Pubbies gain seats and buck the historical trend. The Yamamoto post-Pearl Harbor quote was great and appropriate. "I fear we have awoken a sleeping giant and filled him with great resolve".

I live in Pittsburgh a real liberal hellhole. The mood amongst my liberal friends is depression and feeling they are beaten. Not the foaming at the mouth enthusiasm as the MSM likes you to believe. The women, in general, seem very defeated..and good! Hell you know it's bad when a Senate seat in New Jersey is in real trouble for the Dems. I saw a poll where over 50% of Democrat men and over 40% feel Kavanaugh got a raw deal. Ouch, that is going to leave a mark. A real overplayed hand Fienswine.

The media is already saying Dems should protest that Dr. Ford was not once again interviewed so this cannot be “complete” and the 3 R’s (FFFLake, Collins and Murkowski) should protest.

The Pols would be smart NOT to take their talking points from Fran Townsend and NorDUH O’Donnell from their CBS This Morning political perch.
