Those two twit women I am sure got a talking to by McConnell and Trump. Even someone as totally morally bankrupt as Murkowski knows they vote against Kavanaugh and their life as a politician is over. Democrats were never going to vote for them, so a Yes vote would make the left angry but who cares. THEY WERE NEVER GOING TO VOTE FOR YOU! The Democrats are staring down a monumental collapse in their electoral chances. Their chances of taking back the Senate are about .001% now with them looking at losing 4-6 seats a real possibility. The House is no better with a better than 50% chance the Pubbies gain seats and buck the historical trend. The Yamamoto post-Pearl Harbor quote was great and appropriate. I live in Pittsburgh a real liberal hellhole. The mood amongst my liberal friends is depression and feeling they are beaten. Not the foaming at the mouth enthusiasm as the MSM likes you to believe. The women, in general, seem very defeated..and good! Hell you know it's bad when a Senate seat in New Jersey is in real trouble for the Dems. I saw a poll where over 50% of Democrat men and over 40% feel Kavanaugh got a raw deal. Ouch, that is going to leave a mark. A real overplayed hand Fienswine.

You may be correct, but only if McConnell has the cojones to tell Murkowski and Collins that they are finished in the GOP if they vote no on Kavanaugh. There has to be a penalty for betrayal. McConnell let McCain defy the GOP with impunity and it just encouraged him to do it time and time again. He needs to make it clear to these wobbly Senators that a NO will be result in automatic expulsion, not just the loss of a committee seat.
