Do you think they would understand the phrase “pound sand”? They have a lot of it. "Pound sand"?
We can always counter with "melt sand".
When you melt sand, you get a substance known as trinitite, a light-green, glassy, mildly radioactive mineral and, a suitable memorial to whomever resided at the location prior to whatever necessitated the strike.

Washington argued last month that Irans request was an attempt to misuse the court and that the 1955 treaty specifically ruled out using courts to resolve disputes This is interesting. Iran violated the treaty by going to court claiming the US violated the treaty.

The World Court, the highest United Nations tribunal, on Wednesday ordered the United States to ensure that sanctions against Iran do not impact humanitarian aid or civil aviation safety.Does the World Court, the highest United Nations tribunal, have a clue on how to ensure that humanitarian aid or civil aviation safety would be carried out?
The donor can label the aid in any manner, but once in the hands of the recipient there is no control. Perhaps the World Court should take that responsibility.
I suspect that most humanitarian aid ends up in the hands of the corrupt governments receiving the money.
Even in Puerto Rico aid was not delivered to those in need, or it was diverted by the corrupt government/union officials in charge.
