Democrats still lack evidence to support sexual misconduct accusations against Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh. Democrats demanded an FBI investigation into the Kavanaugh accusations but many now claim that the FBI’s investigation is inadequate. Some Democrats now want Kavanaugh investigated for perjury.
Still lacking corroborating evidence of disputed sexual misconduct accusations against Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh, some Democrats now want Kavanaugh investigated for perjury in the latest iteration of their months-long campaign to derail his confirmation.
The perjury push comes as Democrats still lack corroborating evidence to support professor Christine Blasey Ford‘s claim that Kavanaugh tried to drunkenly force himself on her while the two were in high school.

Two other Kavanaugh accusers similarly lack corroborating evidence for their claims.
Deborah Ramirez, Kavanaugh’s former Yale classmate who accused him of drunkenly placing his penis in her face during college, was reportedly unsure if Kavanaugh was the perpetrator shortly before she came forward. No other eyewitnesses have corroborated her account.
Maryland woman Julie Swetnick accused Kavanaugh of being present while girls, including herself, were drugged girls in order to gang rape them. No other eyewitnesses have confirmed Swetnick’s account
Swetnick has previously been sued for sexual harassment and an ex-boyfriend of hers once filed a restraining order against her. Swetnick is represented by Michael Avenatti, the attorney for porn star Stormy Daniels who is weighing running for president as a Democrat in 2020.
Republican Senate leaders agreed to give the FBI up to a week to probe Ford and Ramimerz’s claims as part of an expanded background investigation into Kavanaugh, but some congressional Democrats are already saying that the investigation doesn’t go far enough.
The House of Representatives “would have to” investigate Kavanaugh for perjury if he is confirmed without the Senate opening a new investigation for that purpose, Democratic New York Rep. Jerrold Nadler on Sunday told ABC’s George Stephanopoulos.
“We would have to investigate any credible allegations, certainly of perjury and other things that haven’t been properly looked into,” Nadler said.
Now they've decided to go after Kavanaugh for lying about what the terms in his high school yearbook meant.
Seriously.

The other new front in the b.s. attack is ssying because Kav got mad at the hearing about his name being drug through the mud and his family receiving death threats he doesn't have the right "temperament" for the job.
Those are the new talkign points. That and the FBI investigation should be expanded and last until after mid-terms.

There wont be a vote on Friday. If Flake has anything to do with it there will NEVER be a vote. He has negotiated in bad faith TWICE now. Thursday’s fiasco occurred to placate HIM. Then he put those wheels on the old goal post and here we are. WTF will it take to make him happy next? There will be something, count on it.

Why not Wednesday or Tuesday evening if the esteemed Senators can stay awake that long.

Yup so now they want to impugn his truthfulness because their case is all falling apart... lovely and they have no shame whatsoever.
They know the FBI will clear Kavanaugh and they’re screwed. Its backfiring on them.
Just hold when it gets done and give the Rats a taste of their own medicine.

A new witness is claiming that Kavanaugh lied about his heavy drinking in College.
He claims he was a heavy drinker and not just beer! Well that does it for me,he perjured himself.that jackass flake now says if he lied during testimony he won’t vote for him

When I see that ‘rat mischief passing judgement I think of the Bible verse concerning casting the first stone.
I know there are at least 2 ‘rats sitting up that couldn’t pass their own accusations.

People that have heavy drinking problems usually have messed up lives. He would likely have a DUI, bad grades, a divorse or maybe even arrest.

The FBI uncovered nothing of the kind in six previous background checks.
