Parkland survivor: America deserves better than 'privileged white boy who’s spent his whole life over-drinking'
Parkland, Fla., shooting survivor Emma González took to Twitter Friday to urge Americans to call their senators to oppose Supreme Court nominee Judge Brett Kavanaugh.
She used her platform of 1.6 million followers to argue that America "deserves more than a privileged white boy who’s spent his whole life over-drinking," slamming the performance of President Trump's second high court pick in a hearing the day before.
González's comments come after a heated hearing in front of the Senate Judiciary Committee on Thursday concerning Christine Blasey Ford's allegations that Kavanaugh pinned her down and tried to take her clothes off at a house party they both attended while high schoolers in the 1980s.
Kavanaugh forcefully denied the allegations, at times raising his voice and becoming emotional over senators' questions.
González and some of her Parkland classmates have become visible advocates of gun control in the wake of February's shooting, organizing nationwide marches and criticizing GOP politicians for taking donations from the National Rifle Association.

America deserves more than a loudmouth, bullying, under-educated, tide pod-sucking little bitch telling us what we deserve. And yet, here you are.
Judge Kavanaugh is a little old to be called a “boy”. “White boy” is a racial slur. The goblina needs to be called out for it.
Their 15 minutes are up but they’re going to keep inserting themselves into every national story just like Cindy Sheehan.
