a letter came out this afternoon clarifying that the Pres of ABA and his opinions are TOTALLY separate from ABA recommendation committee. its tip top rating for Kavanaugh has not changed. as i recall about 5 or so years ago the ABA general started getting very political (left) so this is actually more of the same.
