Democrats failed in their desperate attempt to use Deborah Ramirez’s lawyer-induced “memory” of claimed sexual misconduct from Brett Kavanaugh to force Republicans to scuttle Thursday’s hearing before the Senate Judiciary Committee, at which accuser Christine Blasey Ford is scheduled to testify. But since Monday, Ford’s attorneys have been complaining about the agreed-upon process, making it look more and more likely that Kavanaugh’s accuser will be a no-show when the 10 a.m. hearing begins.
Just yesterday, ranking Senate committee member Dianne Feinstein (D-CA) said she had no way of knowing whether Ford would appear if a sex-crimes prosecutor led questioning, as Committee Chair Charles Grassley had announced the previous day. Then Ford’s attorneys spent the better part of Tuesday pinging the committee representative with emails, nitpicking logistics, and making more demands.
Who is this sex-crimes prosecutor, and where is her resume? Then Ford’s attorneys insisted on meeting her before Thursday’s hearing. When the committee contact explained that he would not share the prosecutor’s name at the time for security reasons, Ford’s lawyer demanded more information: What security risk? Had she been threatened? What about Kavanaugh—does he know her identity? The entire tone of the emails reeked of an excuse-making plot to pull out of Thursday’s hearing at the last moment.
Frankly, that would be Ford’s wisest choice, because her story as it now stands cannot withstand scrutiny, even before the prosecutor questions Ford about both her claims and evidence judiciary committee investigators have gathered since first learning of Ford’s charge.

I’ve said it from the beginning, she wrote a fake but accurate letter intending it to used as an anonymous victim. They all thought they could put full court pressure on Trump and Kavanaugh and the nominee would withdraw. They never expected a fight.
They were wrong. Now they are screwed. She will not show up and say anything under oath.
Ford and the Hillary Minions are still trying to figure out what she should say and sound Sane ,LOL
And if that fails, just have McConnell recess the Senate for a few days and make a recess appointment so Big K can assume office Oct 1 2018

This thing is so shady. When have we ever seen something like this were NO ONE went on TV (except attorneys). We have news reports that the husband says things. We have letters signed by his family in support.
Then there is this letter, that looks doctored, written by an elitist prep school graduate and current PhD professor — that reads like it was written by an uneducated moron.
I doubt it’s true, but it wouldn’t surprise me if we are all getting catfished by these attorneys.

A triple amen to this one, I wish somehow this message could be conveyed to some of our spineless republican Senators. They continuously ask for donations and support and I have given in the past, but the best encouragement for the public to vote for them would be to show them that they can get the job done, just like our current President Trump.
Did any of the four people mentioned as being at the party have a home near the country club? If not, there must have been a fifth person who was a resident of the party house.
The Dems’ goal I’m sure is to get images of her crying on-camera. Every divorce lawyer will tell you that “if she gets up on the stand and cries, all bets are off”.
Whether Ford wants to become the long-term wreckage of their tactics is the only thing left to be answered.
