I hate going to their level but Kavanaugh should take a lie detector test of his own. A bit risky, false fails are far more likely then fooling if your lying but it but it would help the war effort.

2nd reply. Looked up how Supreme Court viewed lie detector/polygraph tests as the judge goes by Stari Decisis(sp). In short, United States V. Scheffer again showed how little the court values them. The Feds like FBI talk about how great they are, then when the Gov. argues a case like this one they claim they are inaccurate. The case involved an airman.
Notice how she also included, "I thought he might kill me", into her public statement?
Since Ford has nothing but a big dud of a story with no evidence of facts, the demcRATS are trying to weave in as much "victimhood" into her narrative as possible.

This is planned treachery. An orchestrated hit on Kavanaugh just like the Left has gone after Trump.
The democRATS have abandoned disagreeing with their opponents to outright destroying anybody who doesn't agree with them.
First it was their PC speech. They demanded you speak a certain way and avoid certain phrases and words they had arbitrarily banned.
Now it has escalated into destroying lives, jobs, careers and families of those they don't like.
The poison pill is the demand for Kavanaugh to go first. No lawyer in the country would accept those terms, none. They of course know this and that's why it's one of their primary demands. They know the committee will insist she goes first and they will say then she can't testify because one of our most important requests has not been met.
If she testified she could be hammered in a civil lawsuit from Kavanaugh. With all four of her named witnesses saying they don't recall any event like she describes its a done deal. Civil cases are preponderance of evidence and Kavanaugh already has the biggest stack by a long shot. I would be looking to see if the university she works for could be a target also. (maybe if they accept federal funding).
Doesn’t matter now, they have a back up woman that has come out with allegations. I knew another one was in the wings as Blasey’s story is not credible enough. Dems always have a plan B.
So no, of course this scurrilous skank wasn’t in fear of her life, but she had enough psych background to read the diagnostic manual and make her story fit accordingly.

The only correct solution to the Brett Kavanaugh nomination is, to follow the US Constitution. Which says only the US President can nominate a justice and only the US Senate can confirm him/her.
So...President Trump has nominated and now US Senate has to go ahead and schedule a vote senators to confirm or reject judge Kavanaugh, ASAP. Enough time has been wasted by the judiciary committee already.
After Kavanaugh is confirmed to SCOTUS, democrats can pursue state investigation, FBI investigation, investigation by the DNC (haha using the Keith Ellison model) or whatever their heart desires. Nobody is stopping them to pursue investigations, but democrats have no constitutional power to hold up vote for judge Kavanaugh.
Everybody with half a brain and one arm tied behind their back, as Rush puts it, can see this is a scripted allegation against Kavanaugh.
Somebody's paying and coaching this gal on what to do and say in order to reap the most mileage possible out of this poor thing's traumatized character.
All caused, of course, by Judge Kavanaugh's teenage antics with this pure-as-driven-snow democRAT virgin who's agreed to throw herself under the bus to become the heroine of the #MeToo movement and liberals everywhere if she can stop Kavanaugh's confirmation.
The democRATS are not a political party. They are a criminal enterprise who will stop at nothing to keep their power, and in this case, to get their power back.
