I read an article yesterday and buried in the article they mentioned how Feinstein had given Grassley the full letter on Thursday but it will not be available to the public. I do not know if she did or didn’t but on Friday Grassley was still asking for it.
“Feinstein gave the full letter to Grassley on Thursday, according to GOP and Democratic aides. Republicans have continued to harp on Feinstein for keeping the letter private, but she says she was honoring Ford’s wishes and, now that it is part Kavanaugh’s background check file, has declined to release it publicly.”
If Feinstain gives Grassley the letter, it becomes “sworn testimony”, and thus subject to perjury scrutiny.
