I wasn’t there, either. I went to one party that year, and since I was sober, I can remember whose house, when it was and who was there. I suspect if she were drunk, something did happen at some party, sometime, somewhere, but it probably wasn’t hte judge and his classmate.

Depending on when it was he might be able to prove he was not in the area the summer he was 17 and so could not have been at that party.

He was working at a summer job in another state, had was out of the country, was doing away studying, had already enrolled in collage.

Or the other guy that she accused of being there could also have been at some other location that summer.

Ditto the 80s. But I can confirm at least one party that my brother threw when our folks were in Germany for 2 weeks. His senior year ... 3 kegs ... much mayhem. Boy, did we get in trouble when my folks got back home!
