Keeping it real. Don’t all countries have paid lobbyists who strive to influence votes in DC? Don’t they meet regularly with the countries they represent and give advice? I’m not supporting the practice, not at all. But I just can’t see how what Kerry is doing is any worse. Would it be somehow okay if he were a paid lobbyist?

If the Logan Act is still on the books,but just not used,then it’s time to either abolish it or use it. In Kerry’s case,I’d say “use it” to the full extent.
Everybody knows who and what John Kerry is. Look at what he did during the Viet Nam war.
Iran is our enemy. They have threatened to destroy us. Giving the support is aiding the enemy and that’s treason. He also committed treason when he imposed himself in the VN peace talks. When you let someone get way with someone nice, expect them to do it again.

You are correct....without the passport, he quickly falls back into place like a regular citizen.
