Yes, and this drives me crazy. Both sides are guilty in this case.

Nobody’s cancelling any elections, for crying out loud! Can you imagine if a President even suggested it? Come on, folks. Use your heads.

There’s enough real abuses of power in DC without imagining doom-and-gloom ones that have no chance of happening.
