A source who said they were briefed on the contents of the letter said it described an incident involving Kavanaugh and a woman that took place when both were 17 years old and at a party. According to the source, Kavanaugh and a male friend had locked her in a room against her will, making her feel threatened, but she was able to get out of the room. The Guardian has not verified the apparent claims in the letter. It is not yet clear who wrote it.

The left-wing Guardian has not verified any of the alleged incident nor does it know who wrote the source letter.
This lack of evidence or any material facts at all, apparently makes it enough of a story to go to print with.

The letter already leaked. He played “7 minutes in heaven” at a party with some girl when they were 17, and she was not forcibly held in the closet. The FBI choose not to investigate this crime since it is not a crime and it was a party game played by nearly every teenage kid ever.
Desperation
So we’ve gone from alleged sexual misbehavior, to a girl being locked in a closet. Wow! That must have traumatized her so badly that it took her 36 years to feel she could even talk about it.

I remember my cousins and I locked my sister in a shed when we were 10 years old. Then we shot the water hose in through a crack and she got soaking wet. It was hilarious. Even my father started laughing, although we got punished in the end.
