These guys are computer nerds, basically engineers with specialized coding skills. Engineers are usually apolitical. What happened?

Google doesn’t have to actively seek out liberal engineers. Unnecessary. Academia itself is liberal and has been for years. Learning institutions themselves have been corrupted.
