Suspect Mr. Starr was far too fond of life on this side of the grass to pursue an indictment.

“[P]roving that someone knowingly lied when they said ‘I don’t recall’ or ‘I don’t remember’ is extremely difficult, especially if that person is the First Lady,”

In the multi-verse system, Starr pulls the trigger in one universe, and decides against it in another.

We live in the universe where Starr failed to do the right thing. In that other universe where he did pull the trigger, Hillary wore orange in prison for 10 years, and then, democrats still nominated her to run for president some time later, and she won. In this universe, we eventually won, but so did she against Starr and against goodness.

Former independent counsel Ken Starr writes in his new memoir that he considered -- but ultimately abandoned -- the idea of perjury charges against then-first lady Hillary Clinton after her “preposterous” deposition with investigators in 1995...no charges for Whitewater - no charges for Benghazi - no charges for Uranium to Russia - no charges for a hacked private server used for government business - woulda, coulda, shoulda - this is sickening - it's got to stop somewhere - not even Mrs. Clinton is above the law.......

"At several points in the memoir, he referenced then-associate Brett Kavanaugh, the current Supreme Court nominee who once worked for Starr on the Clinton investigation. He writes of the report they produced on Foster’s death, saying it was 'drafted primarily' by Kavanaugh, 'a key member of our brain trust.' He also refers to Kavanaugh as the 'chief wordsmith' as his team drafted the so-called 'Starr Report' detailing the findings of its investigation into Clinton."

No wonder Clinton/Soros have been so generously supporting the "resistance" to, and demonstrations at, Kavanaugh's hearings. May God protect him and his family.

He basically said he lied but he didn’t think he could prove it effectively.

when the file showed up on her coffee table she should have gone to prison. When she had 900 FBI files transferred to her office in the WH, she should have gone t prison. This criminal has gotten away with not longer than john Gotti did.
