But the Social Democrats scraped out in front enough to form either a minority government or a grand coalition with the establishment right. Or be forced to call for another election if they can’t form a government.
Rarely happens. But occasionally a government coalition is so shaky it falls apart in a year or so.

So the Left will pretend to “moderate” some positions to placate “populsists”, but I imagine will not produce “moderating results” in the outcomes - immigration and refugees - that have cost them votes this time. In other words, the causes of their losses will continue as will the political battle against Sweden’s Left and its tryanny against the Swedes.

We are Norwegian (back a way) - Hovick; husband Icelandic - Borgford. Our swords are sharp out here in California but we will not eat gefiltefisk. I wish the Swedes well in this; proud of them for getting 20%.

It looks like to me that the Center Right is virtually tied with the Left. With 62 seats the far right party could likely go with the Center Right group. The Left has already said no to them. The media is pushing a grand coalition of the Left and Center Right. If they want to get the rapist/murdering muslims out, they will need to go Right and Far Right.
