Obama and Lynch allowed Comey to over-reach and act like a prosecutor abusing prosecutorial discretion in the Hillary server case, instead of completing the investigation using real evidence and turn the case over to real prosecutors. Chuckie likes over-reach when it is a reach-around.

The root cause of the Democrat Party’s problem isn’t Ted Kennedy and his ilk. The root cause of the problem are the citizens who elect the likes of Ted Kennedy. Ted Kennedy was who he was (a criminal who left a young woman to suffocate to death and then lied about his role in the crime to remain a force in Mass. politics), and the electorate knew it, yet they re-elected him until he died. It’s too late, senator. If Judge Kavanaugh was such a reprobate, your responsibility was to notify the electorate of that fact in 2016. It would have been a perfect opportunity to torpedo the Trump candidacy.
