Cory Booker made a bold move on the Senate floor, and now Twitter can't stop making fun of him

It started out as brilliant political bad-assery: U.S. Sen. Cory Booker warned his colleagues on the Senate judiciary committee vetting U.S. Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh that he would violate Senate rules and release a confidential document about the federal judge's views on racial profiling.

"The fact that there's nothing in that document that's personal information, nothing national security related, the fact that it was labeled 'committee confidential' exposes that this process is a bit of a sham," said Booker, throwing shade at U.S. Sen. Chuck Grassley, R-Iowa, the chairman.

Then Booker, a New Jersey Democrat, really threw down, challenging U.S. Sen. John Cornyn, R-Texas, to bring charges and expel him.

"I understand the penalty comes with potential ousting from the Senate," Booker said. "I openly invite and accept the consequences of my team releasing that email right now. ... Bring the charges. Go through the Senate process to take on somebody you said is unbecoming to be a senator. "

You can easily imagine it resurfacing in a Booker 2020 commercial: They called him unbecoming! He risked everything to fight for justice!

“I am Spartacus.”

He isn’t willing to die for his beliefs. Like they say in Texas, “all hat and no cattle.”

Fellow Democrats like Hawaii's U.S. Sen. Mazie Hirono and, like Booker, a possible 2020 presidential candidate, U.S. Sen. Kamala Harris of California, quickly sought to rally around his bravura.

Senator Mazie Hirono ✔ @maziehirono Yesterday, I referred to a "Committee confidential" document where Judge Kavanaugh questioned the validity of programs that benefit Native Hawaiian programs, and by extension, Alaska Natives. If you're coming after @SenBooker for releasing these documents, count me in.

7:34 AM - Sep 6, 2018 14.5K 5,191 people are talking about this

Kamala Harris ✔ @SenKamalaHarris I stand with my colleague @CoryBooker. The American people have a right to see Kavanaugh's full record.

8:19 AM - Sep 6, 2018 31.4K 10.4K people are talking about this

But wait: A plot twist! But as Democrats made hay, Republicans took to Twitter to claim the documents had already been cleared for release sometime before 4 a.m. Thursday.

Booker is the textbook definition of an oaf.

Some people fear him running for President ... why? He is nothing like Obama. He is a literal oaf.

Cory Booker is very much like George Wallace.

Early on, George Wallace was a moderate-liberal politician, who stayed with Harry S. Truman when all the other Alabama Democrats defected to the Dixiecrats in 1948. However, because he knew he'd never get elected on a moderate platform, he made the calculated decision to be the standardbearer of Segregation in the South.

Much in the same way, Cory Booker started as a moderate-conservative. When he was Mayor of Newark, he tried to implement some conservative ideas. However, he realized that if he was to be elected to something bigger, he had to appeal to the basest of human emotions. That's why you see him acting like a total, complete, window-licking idiot.

Elizabeth warren the same way- when she lived in Oklahoma in the 1990's, she was a Conservative Republican. However, she lusted for power so she went to Massachusetts to become the ultra-radical-leftist-Feminazi baby-killing fake Indian.

He should lose his senate seat for this deceptive stunt, and I don’t mean about the timing. The subject of the email was misleading as to Kavanaugh’s position, and that should be the basis of removing him.

"Kamala Harris ✔ @SenKamalaHarris I stand with my colleague @CoryBooker." Kuala Lumpur is trying pretty hard to be relevant in these hearings. I think she's going to run in 2020 despite what she claims. If she's this stupid and makes it to the general election, Trump is going to have a field day with her (he will campaign as hard as he did against Hillary ... he does nothing half assed ... she's going to be punchdrunk after 2020).

Boy, of boy, did Cory Booker pull the wool over the eyes of a lot of good people of New Jersey and use them as suckers who thought he was something he is clearly not. The shyster voted in support of Obama’s sending pallets of huge piles of cash to Iran and to ok Iran’s getting finished with nuclear weapons to strike Europe, the MidEast and even the U.S.

“Obama was and is a literal oaf. He just had better handlers.”

Yup, the 57 state president without any real credentials.
Dorkbama the Muslim eunuch quota baby couldn’t pass a 1940s high school exam. Dirt looked down upon him. Rocks considered him inferior.
Heck, virtually all of my African-American friends have degrees far far beyond what that simpleton could have achieved.

Obama knew how to take advice.

And how to sit still and not talk.

Corey doesn't.

I blame Oxford.
