hmmmm…..Starbucks discriminating against customers on the basis of their religion.
Sounds like a Federal case. Fortunately they can rest assured that Jeff Sessions won’t awake from his nap.
It seems a little more complicated, in that it was their being “protestors” that seems to have resulted in the expulsion. There was a big Moslem event going on nearby, and they were giving out ex-Moslem information. The Starbucks and hotel employees are quoted as saying that “protestors” were not being allowed on the premises. I think this is reasonable: keep the fighting out of the lobby.
The ex-Moslem people denied they were “protestors,” but they were certainly part of the general event-protest-counterprotest-whatall milieu, so it’s a debatable technicality.
If, in fact, everyone from all sides of the hullabaloo was being excluded from the Hilton, I think that’s fair.
The owner was likely Islamic. They execute ex-mozlems in Islamic countries. It’s like joining the Mafia but in the Mafia you don’t have to get on your knees for the Don 5 times a day

There is not enough to determine if the owner was one sided or not which is what would have determined discrimination. They only entertain the ex group in this entry. Did they also refuse pro groups in the mix? It is possible the owners did not want any possibility of the protest entering his/her business so the only way they could stop it was to remove or refuse entry of anyone connected to it on either side. Need more info before I can determine the intent of the owner.
