George Bush....probably the most marginalized president after President Obama over the past one-hundred years. All things considered, I don’t think it mattered with the choice of Gore or Bush....you were getting the Uni-Party, period.
Next to Trump, George Bush was probably the most poorly treated and maligned president in recent history. He never fought back and never achieved conservative goals. Well, he did appoint at least one apparently decent Supreme Court Justice, but that’s the extent of his conservative legacy IMHO. Truth be told, I think he’s pretty fine with that. He always seemed to care more about Mexico than the USA.

It made a difference with the judges, and 2nd amendment issues. Without Bush judges there wouldn’t be a right to keep and bear arms left.
