"The GPS is functioning. We see every bus," Reese said.

can’t have THAT
is there an app to keep teachers accountable too?
PS my city has such a texting app to give you an approximate time of when the next bus will be there. It’s still BS and you’ll find yourself waiting 20+ minutes for a bus that is supposed to be there every 8-10 minutes and it will assure you that the next bus is only a 2 minutes away. Also late at night it will tell so “sorry, last bus has ‘sailed’ no service until 5am” and you’ll see two more in service buses blow by.
