Video shows animals being slaughtered in an open lot in Southwest Philadelphia. Neighbors say it took place in front of young children. Many neighbors tell FOX 29 this is just plain bizarre but they also say they had no idea it was going to take place beforehand. Viral social media video shows sheep slaughtered in an apparent religious sacrifice on a lot at 55th and Paschall in Southwest Philadelphia.

Before I decry my outrage. I need to know what religion this is. If it’s Muslims/Islam then we need to be tolerant. If it was any other religion we need to arrest the members of this cult and hang them.

That’s what happens when Bush and Obama let in close to million Muslims after 9/11. Last I saw each one of them lived in somewhere around 875,000.

Meh. My mother's father worked as butcher at a general store for a while in the 30's. She and her brother watched him and another worker kill and 'dismantle' a cow. She was amazed how every part of the animal including the blood was used to make food and the skin reserved for tanning.

We had the same issue back in the seventies here in Alabama when we had many, many Iranians here. Pretty much stopped when Iran directed all to return home.
Real Philly people would have done this slaughter in the street, not a vacant lot.
South Philly and Southwest Philly are two different areas of the city, separated by the Schuylkill River. I once lived in Southwest (many years ago), less than a mile from where this took place. That part of the city has a large African population, mainly immigrants from Ghana, Liberia, and other West African countries. There is a significant Muslim population as well.
