A major earthquake of magnitude 7.3 struck the northern coast of Venezuela on Tuesday, the U.S. Geological Survey said, and shook buildings as far away as the capital, Caracas, witnesses said.
The quake, initially reported as a magnitude 6.7 and then 7.0, was centered near the town of Carupano. The U.S. Pacific Tsunami Center said the quake, which was fairly deep, could cause small tsunami waves along the coast near the epicenter, 23 miles (37 km) southwest of the town of Carupano.

I do feel sorry for the people, Venezuela was once the jewel of South America and now is slipping away into unmitigated madness and hell. Can you blame the people? At first that is, when they put the socialists in power. THe message was sweet to the ears of the poor and downtrodden. They thought maybe they would get a chance to join the prosperity, such as it was. But once the power hungry “socialists” get into power, they will never let go...and of course there is no socialism, just misery plied atop misery until it takes a stack of useless bolivars to purchase a scawny chicken.
And now an earthquake.
Keeripes that’s all they need...
I hope Aruba isnt impacted.
Zero aid!!!!
Must be the extra weight of citizens carry wheelbarrows full of money to buy a loaf of bread.
