Somehow I don’t think she had nice, hospital deliveries and C-sections in whatever s**thole village she comes from. They just squat in the fields and drop a baby.

It's Mexico, not Somalia. They don't just whelp their babies out in fields. They have hospitals in Mexico and doctors, trained physicians, who can perform C-Sections.

They come over here to give birth because it's free (for them) and their babies become citizens. These women aren't stupid.

You don't think people in these jungle villages go to modern hospitals, do you? In cities, perhaps, but Guatemalan and Honduran villages? I seriously doubt it.
They are smart enough, however, to follow the scent of money and freebies- kinda like roaches.
