DiGenova: If Hillary Won, We Would Know Nothing About FBI Bias, Handling of Dossier

Former federal prosecutor Joe diGenova said that a Hillary Clinton victory in 2016 would have been "extremely detrimental to the rule of law," responding to new revelations about the Trump-Russia dossier.

DiGenova said that if Clinton won, "we would know [nothing]" about the handling of Christopher Steele's dossier and alleged bias within the FBI during the Clinton email probe and Trump-Russia investigation.

According to emails reported last week, former British spy Steele kept in close contact with Justice Department official Bruce Ohr even after the FBI cut ties with Steele as a source.

Well, that’s an intriguing idea. What do you think a bulldog like Cohn would have done had his client’s files been taken without his and client’s permission? This is what I find more shocking than a shakedown and/or lies by Executive Branch Thugs who could be fired by the very client whose files they’ve stolen. The whole thing is unthinkable; it’s so Orwellian that I cannot imagine the pressure on Trump right now. I see him flying to endless campaign rallies as if his very life depended on it. Or his ability to right this exact wrong.

I cannot imagine the pressure on Trump right now.

If anyone can stand up to it, it's Trump!

When you lose a good and trusted adviser (like Cohn), you often don't realize how bad the replacement can be, until it's too late.

Also happens in second marriages when a good spouse dies and gets replaced by an awful one.
