Former federal prosecutor Joe diGenova said that a Hillary Clinton victory in 2016 would have been "extremely detrimental to the rule of law," responding to new revelations about the Trump-Russia dossier.
DiGenova said that if Clinton won, "we would know [nothing]" about the handling of Christopher Steele's dossier and alleged bias within the FBI during the Clinton email probe and Trump-Russia investigation.
According to emails reported last week, former British spy Steele kept in close contact with Justice Department official Bruce Ohr even after the FBI cut ties with Steele as a source.

Mueller is so eager to pin something on Trump, he hired the “biggest... hack” prosecutor in the United States in Andrew Weissmann.
Weissmann has the “distinction” of “putting innocent people in jail” in the Arthur Anderson trial, the verdict of which was overturned 9-0 by the Supreme Court after four Merrill Lynch executives had already been imprisoned for about a year.
The GOP has within its grasp the return of the rule of law, the annihilation of the democrat party and . . . will do nothing.

That must be what Trump is referring to in recent tweets, that Ohr made a lot of money on this dossier. Didn’t even cross my mind that “Russia expert” the “beautiful” Nellie wasn’t involved. But I had heard she was CIA.

The article not only answers its question, it also provides a broad overview of 20th Century American Marxist infiltration of universities, every level of politics, basically every intellectual sphere.
I used to subscribe to the print edition during the Clinton era. I’m happy to see that its writing is still crystal clear, grammatical, well researched, interesting to read. A pleasure even though the subject is tired, old, depressing. Socialism is dead in America as an ideal. That is why the Dossier reads like a junior high schooler’s fantasy of what naughty grownups do in bed. Really stale and boring, the whole Mueller/Obama/Clinton cabal. These are the last legs of the New Left now gray haired and weak.
One thing I’d correct Miss West on: Trump is not a neophyte or whatever she said about his understanding of Communism. His longtime lawyer was the legendary Roy Cohn, a man famous for his staunch anti-Communist point of view.
One more reason to thank God Trump won...
