I have said before the muslims and the LEFT are simpatico even though they are diametrically opposed to each other in policy.
They are both totalitarian ideologies. However, God forbid, they ever realize their goal of a totalitarian state, the muslims will eat the LEFT alive. And we will end up with an islamic state.
My knowledge is dated by some 30 years, but I know back then a retired three star who had commanded a numbered air force was still offered monthly briefings for as long as he wanted them. I would assume that the “brain trust” then included any 3 and 4 stars that kept an active interest. This probably extended to other branches of the Executive, also.
And we, the taxpayers, would have the privilege of renewing their clearances every 5 years. Brennan’s muzzy so he’s afraid of not getting classified into to America’s enemies. Same with Hellary. Same with the rest.
If he’d ignored it, the msm would have ignored it so there wouldn’t be any public embarrassment. Sure, there’s plenty of enemies of the US who could get him the info but he’d have to go through them and perhaps pay for it.
Liberals certainly love to wax eloquent on things that they have absolutely no knowledge of. The Bible. The Constitution. Morals. Honor. Integrity. Guts. Patriotism. Just to name a few.
Liberals should be taught to understand that “it’s better to be thought a fool than to speak and remove all doubt”.

Someone on FR called this unholy axis the “hammer and crescent”. Fits; both are totalitarian, anti-West, and hate Christianity, the U.S., and Israel.

Yes. He voted for Gus Hall for Pres at 21. Claims he was young and in college. At his age of 21 I had a TS and was in combat. Commie/Muslim converts like Brennan always have an excuse for lies/misdeeds.
Insiders have reaped the benefits of this continued security clearance and exposed it to the public.
Many people are now asking the obvious question. Why should anyone who no longer holds a position in security departments retain their security clearance after they leave?
Brennan has brought unwanted attention to this questionable and difficult to justify practice.
It's time to have a conversation as to why this happens, the alleged benefits, RISKS, dangers, and personal motives.

that's because the USMJ code applies to retired brass as long as they live. That is, there are punitive regs specifically addressing what retired brass can and can't do or say.

Seems to me the system worked the way it should. I had clearances when my job required them, and didn't have clearances when I no longer had those jobs.
