Trump says Cuomo is having a ‘total meltdown’

President Trump mocked Gov. Andrew Cuomo on Wednesday for saying America “was never that great.”

“ ‘WE’RE NOT GOING TO MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN, IT WAS NEVER THAT GREAT.’ Can you believe this is the Governor of the Highest Taxed State in the U.S., Andrew Cuomo, having a total meltdown!” Trump tweeted in the wake of Cuomo’s gaffe.

Cuomo tweeted back at Trump 25 minutes later: “What you say would be `great again’ would not be great at all.”

“We will not go back to discrimination, segregation, sexism, isolationism, racism or the KKK,” Cuomo continued. “Like NY’s motto says: Excelsior – Ever Upward (not backward).”

Heard commentator say today (old joke) - Cuomo born on third base and thought he hit a triple! So true. Think a guy born into his opportunities would have a better opinion of the USA.
