Why didn’t the Clintons, Bushes, and Obama need to strip security clearances at the start of each new presidency? Because they are all on the same team with the deep state! In many important ways, AFAIK Trump is not.

Not yet...I’d be interested in who Brennan runs to....none of these characters stand nor work alone.
Now, when Brennan goes on talk shows, there should be some doubt in the minds of the audience whether he has real classified intelligence or is making it up. Should be. But they will try to make it look like losing the clearance is a badge of honor.

Anybody know if it’s standard practice to keep a security clearance after retirement? If so has any former employee ever before used it to leak information to the “media”?
Would some one kindly explain to this gentleman the policy about Getty Images on Free Republic? He doesn’t seem to want to listen.
I think the deal is that none of the people those folks hired on, gave the follow-on president the full court press to drive them from office, like Obama’s people have Trump. In addition they didn’t flood the press with classified information.
What we’re seeing now is out and out desperation. Brennan and others have really screwed up.
I don’t discount your idea they are all on the same team, so there was no need, but the mis-deeds didn’t materialize like they have under Trump.
This is and insurrection or attempt at a full blown coup.
We have seen the Left lament that the military hasn’t arrested Trump and replaced him yet.
These people are out and out nuts.
In a sane world, any leak to date should have been illegal - even when the clearance stays, the access should be suspended until such time as it is required to perform a service for the government - then they can be read in on a case by case basis.

Why was not his clearances removed the day he was fired?
That’s a HUGE security issue!
Anyone who is no longer employed should immediately have their security clearances and access to databases shutdown.
