So the white nationalists are coming back to Charlottesville, and once again we’re going to hear the standard media narrative that these bigots are “on the right.” Leave aside that Jason Kessler, the organizer of the original Charlottesville rally, was an Obama activist and an Occupy Wall Street guy. Never mind that Richard Spencer, the poster boy of white supremacy, reveals in a detailed interview in my new movie that he’s a progressive who supports nationalized health care and expanded centralized state, and whose favorite presidents are all Democrats.
We need to probe deeper to understand who these white nationalists are and what they are about. One of the few scholars to make a genuine attempt to study their movement is political scientist Carol Swain. Swain, who was featured in my film “Hillary’s America,” is one of the leading African-American scholars in the country. She has written two books, a detailed study of the white nationalist movement called “The New White Nationalism in America ” and the other consisting of searching interviews with its most prominent members.

Here's a different kind of question I've often had about large scale tragedies like natural disasters, diseases & gun violence:
We get so caught up in the emotion of the violence that we don't consider the long-term, historical consequences. To put it bluntly: the planet is overpopulated already. Maybe we shouldn't try to cure every disease, we shouldn't confiscate all the harmful drugs, etc.
Perhaps we'd be happier if we made peace with the fact that rabid animals are going to dwindle the herd from time to time (as they have in much greater volume throughout history) & that's not really a bad thing in the long run.
Should we try to stop as many large scale attacks as possible? Of course... but I don't think the zeitgeist should have an aneurysm every time one occurs either.
I think we be served to draw some historical perspective on how difficult the human condition has always been & how that is something of a blessing in disguise.
Take for instance how valuable the conquerors throughout history, as bloody & awful as they were during their reigns, have been to population control.
We think the planet is overpopulated now: the environment sick, the resources dwindling; where in the world [would] we be without Genghis Khan, Alexander the Great, Napoleon, Julius Caesar or for that matter the bubonic plague, cancer & AIDS?
Here's an article on the beneficial impact Genghis Khan's conquests had on the environment & sustainability, for example.
There are already 7.125 BILLION people on Planet Earth.
Try to extrapolate out how many people would be here now if EVERYONE had survived & had kids, which seems to be the ultimate aim of modern society... a right if you will... to defy the boundaries of nature.
It'd be one hell of a dystopian nightmare that's for sure.

The Black Liberation Army was an organization that grew out of the Black Panther Party, composed of former Black Panther Party members, operating from about 1971-1980. Another two police officers on the list were murdered by the Weather Underground, a domestic terrorist group with ties to the Black Liberation Army.
Despite this readily available information, today the internet was full of articles criticizing those who were upset by Beyonce’s Super Bowl Halftime performance, and questioning how anyone could be upset over a woman “affirming her blackness.” Their analysis couldn’t have been more off.
We have no issues with someone “affirming their blackness” or any other identity they want to affirm. We do take issue when people pay homage to a group that used terrorism and violence to promote racism and revolutionary socialism – a group that murdered dozens of police officers in cold blood.
As you scroll through the list of officers below, look at their photos and read their stories. Among these officers are black men and white men. Rookies and veterans from across the country. Most were killed in unprovoked attacks and ambushes. They all left behind families….
Perhaps Beyonce, someone from the NFL, and someone representing CBS, could read through this list and tell us if they still stand by their decision to honor the Black Panthers during the Super Bowl. Then perhaps they could explain their answers to the surviving wives and children of these fallen officers. ...”

That’s right! This man is living his dream as a “professional provocateur.” Now he can claim victory as a mastermind behind the worst racial violence to spill blood on our streets in over twenty years.
The more we research the less we believe the false narrative that Jason Kessler was the victim of a hijacked movement. Indeed the facts lead us to a wholly different conclusion. The evidence says this man wanted to stand at the center of controversy. What better way to do it, than to call his rally “Unite The Right.”
He invited the KKK, Neo Nazis, and other White Supremacist groups. This, of course, courted a response from radical extremists from the other side. The New Black Panthers, Black Lives Matter, and Antifa were happy to meet his soldiers and all the sheep on the battlefield.
Sandwiched in the middle, people from the left the middle and the right who had no idea they were just sheep brought to a slaughter.
People from the left who want to see an end to racism, people from the right who want to see an end to the destruction of our past. Those from the middle seeking an end to both!
One beautiful soul rising to heaven as her broken body lay murdered in the street! One mentally unstable patsy who should have stayed home and taken his meds and gotten more sleep!

I could dig up quotes from Vattel, which spell this out better than I can, but surely you all get the idea. The Preamble to the Constitution clearly identifies a purpose to secure its benefits for the posterity of its adherents.
The term "White Nationalists" tends to cause confusion--however sincere some who use it may be. The Caucasian race--not all of whom have the White skin, typical of American Caucasians--comprises many nations. While many of these make compatible immigrants, they do not inevitably do so. To promote an adequate vetting of potential entrants into American communities, you do not meet that need by confusing a primary race with the specific ethos of a particular nation. Nor is it necessary to ignore the loyalty of minority citizens, who are in fact loyal to the political compact that governs the physical domains of the particular nation. (All "minorities" are not enemies of the settler culture that is inherent in the Constitutional purpose.)
Charlottesville is a city that has a great hold on my affections. The original Jeffersonian campus, at the University he founded and carefully planned, exudes a spiritual aura to me, which is difficult to describe in words; so, too, does the room, there, where America's greatest writer, Edgar Allan Poe, lived while a student there. The fact that someone ordered Police to stand-down, while Antifa thugs rioted in the vicinity of this shrine seems almost incomprehensible.
It’s important to note that Dr. Carol Swain is a black Political Science professor (emeritus) at Vanderbilt University. She has appeared in a Prager University video and has also done videos with David Barton. She is a very committed Christian.
