It is unlawful in some locales but not all. I’m sure they’ve been apprised just where they can do it without penalty.

It’s a shame that we still don’t have a Attorney General in the Trump Administration. I keep on hearing about this Sessions guy but fail to see what he does collecting a government paycheck.
