the illegals have tainted the American perception of any Hispanic immigrant.
That demonstration they held in L.A. a few years back....marching around waving MEXICAN flags, angrily demanding things....was the worst thing that ever could have happened for Hispanics in this country.
A different approach (waving AMERICAN flags, saying "We love this country, we're sorry we screwed-up, please let us stay!") and people would be looking at them much differently.

The biggest problem isn't the immigrants, even the illegal ones. Who can blame them for wanting to come here? The problem is the American left. Most of these people just want to make a better life for themselves until the left gets a hold of them, teaches them how awful America is, and either radicalizes them into terrorists or convinces them they can't make it without a handout because of "colonialism" and "white supremacy."
