Upon first reading of your post I thought there is nothing legal or common sense about your remarks.
But then we are talking about demonrats that have more uses for toilet paper than they do the Constitution and never make any sense anyway.
So yes, this could happen.
Pence would be able to name a new vice president long before the Dems. could impeach him, and they would have to impeach the new guy who also would have selected a new vice president. It’s a never ending circle.
