I don’t think the government should tell social media that they should publish all legal content but if they were to write a law saying this, they could call it Net Neutrality.

Ted Cruz on Alex Jones Facebook ban: ‘Who the hell made Facebook the arbiter of political speech?’ Cruz is right about this. Facebook should not be allowed to censor speech, and I don't want to hear any crap about them being a "Private" company. If private companies are allowed to corner huge communications market share and then start censoring speech, it will become impossible to stop government from controlling speech by putting pressure on private companies, or by creating their own front "private company" to do the same thing.
Our laws should prohibit censoring of speech no matter who is doing it.
