Yep, if Congress doesn’t appropriate at least $5 billion for the wall, shut it down and make it a top campaign issue.
Force Congress to vote; force them to try to override his veto.

Most importantly win decisively the 2018 election and then do whatever is necessary on behalf of the American people.
More importantly he is forcing quisling Republican congresscritters to take a stand, once and for all.
If Obama could come up with $150 B for Iran... why can’t congress come up with $ X B for border security improvements/a WALL?
