Fox News President Jay Wallace has put out a statement expressing support for CNN after the White House barred reporter Kaitlan Collins from the Trump Rose Garden event this afternoon.

Collins was informed by the White House she was being blocked because they didn’t like her shouted questions to President Donald Trump at the pool spray earlier.

The rest of the media came to Collins’ defense, notably including Fox News. After Bret Baier said Fox stands with CNN, Wallace issued this statement:

My Fox consumption went from 20+ hours a week down to 5. Tucker is the last one worth watching.

We so very badly need a return to decorum in the press’ treatment of the President. regardless of your opinions regarding the current occupant, the position demands respect.

Fox News leaders are very MSM.
I need to watch Fox Business more. Or just watch TV less.

There was a time when I watched at least something on Fox every night. In his heyday, I frequently watched The O’Bloviator Factor. I haven’t watched it for years. Brett Baier has turned into Shep II.

Fox is right. Also it will be good currency when the next Dem president blocks Fox reporters and the other “media” companies stay silent, as they of course will.

I don’t care what Fox News says or thinks. The network has steadily drifted left in recent years.

Fox Business is still pretty good for the most part.

Yup. Let Trump drive them nuts with daily tweets while allowing only one press conference per week. They just make up their “news” reports anyway.

I wouldn’t have a problem with the White House press briefings going to a ten-minute brief by the Spokesperson, and just allow three questions to be given by the attendees. Some of these questions I’ve seen in the past year....took almost two minutes to deliver and were of a statement than a question.

Bret Baier was preening over it last night.

I’m down to about an hour and a half. Tucker and 1/2 hour with Lou on Fox Business.

Yesterday’s Special Report with Bret Bair showed their true colors. On the day of the President’s win in the trade war with the EU, they showed a farmer griping about the $12 billion aid package to help mitigate agricultural losses because of the Chinese tariffs. This same farmer was shown on CNN, but they included the fact that he had not voted for President Trump and was not a supporter. That important fact was omitted from Fox News and no farmer who supported the President appeared. It was not “fair and balanced.

That was the last Special Report I will watch. They cannot be trusted.

If these so-called journalist would use any decorum at all this would not happen.

CNN is simply on a mission to destroy President Trump and there is no other way to explain their actions.

Don’t watch Certainly Not News and won’t so if Fox wants to assume their position then they can go away too.
