Per leftist requirements, the principal will now get even angrier.

Your tax dollars at work, if you live in the school district or the surrounding county.

I would say it was probably tax payer money, so they could care less about paying anyone, anything. Until these ass hats 🎩 lose their own money, it’s only going to get worse.

Liberty High School——where your first amendment rights are suspended if the principal does not agree with you.

I don't understand.

Schools are prisons. Children have no rights. They must attend. They must jump at the sound of a bell and march off to a different room seven or eight times a day. They must be quiet. (So much for free speech.) I think they can even be made to wear a uniform, definitely without political slogans.

This is a bad decision. Can you imagine your son or daughter being forced to look at tee shirts with images of Obama or Hillary, in addition to keeping his/her mouth shut all day?

Reimbursement for legal fees hardly a win without compensatory damages.

“Addison Barnes, who graduated this year from Liberty High School in Hillsboro, Ore.”

I find it truly ironic that the school is named “Liberty!” Since when is a Marxist Administration connected in any way with “liberty?”

They should’ve required that the principle’s apology be an essay on free speech.

The principal needs to be fired and made to pay the $25K.
Instead, he gets a resume enhancer.

As long as students are allowed to wear t-shirts with slogans and images, then the school cannot censor political messages. But how about returning to decent dress codes, then the problem would take care of itself.

There was a SCOTUS ruling in the late 60’s regarding high-skrool students wearing black arm bands to class to protest the Vietnam War.

In that case, brought by Leftits, the SCOTUS upheld their right to do so under the First Amendment.

Reap what you’ve sown, Lefties!

Some schools avoid this kind of problem either by requiring uniforms or by banning ANY clothing that bears any slogan or image other than the manufacturer’s logo.

If a student there wore a t shirt with a Mexican fag on it, the school would give the student an A plus plus...I’m glad the student sued...

GOOD!!!!!! Sue the scrool (Rush ™️) districts till they are out of money.

And when the Bill gets to the Taxpayers it should piss them off so bad they STOP FUNDING THESE JACKA$$E$ AND SHUT THEM DOWN!!!

Parents- Teach Your Children at HOME.

This will fix many things. Real Parents will teach children properly and that part of America will thrive. The commies will coddle and tell children to sponge off others. Then Natural Selection will prevail and commies will become an extinct subspecies.

BONUS- This solves a few other problems, no more: NEA,PBS and several others as well.

Should have been $25,000,000!
